Directed by Nirvan Mullick The One Second Film started off as a reflection of a perfect moment. Its production brought a school community together on Women's Day, 2001. It is now a foundation focused on bringing social awareness to the community. All profits will go to the Global Fund for Women, a non-profit organization.
